End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the QuickBooks Webhook App ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Color Orchids Analytics Supply Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the QuickBooks Webhook App solely for your business purposes in connection with QuickBooks Online integration.

3. Permitted Use

You may use this service to:

• Integrate your QuickBooks Online data with our Analytics Supply Platform
• Receive webhook notifications from QuickBooks Online
• Synchronize company information and financial data
• Generate reports and analytics based on your QuickBooks data

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
• Share your access credentials with unauthorized third parties

5. QuickBooks Integration

This application integrates with QuickBooks Online through official APIs. Your use of QuickBooks Online is subject to Intuit's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any changes to QuickBooks Online that may affect the functionality of this service.

6. Data Ownership and Access

You retain ownership of all data you provide through the Service. We access your QuickBooks data only as necessary to provide the agreed-upon services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily interrupt service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COLOR ORCHIDS ANALYTICS SUPPLY PLATFORM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Color Orchids Analytics Supply Platform is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
